NLB on Team blade server Switches
IBM SAN has 6 switches out of which : DMZ has 2 switches-in a team. Data has 2 switches-in a team. Remaining 2 are allotted for other uses, but not in a team . Windows 2008R2 servers are configured on HyperV. Exchange CAS/Hub servers are connected to team interface which are in IBM blade servers. 1 Situation : When I’m configuring NLB using this team interface I’m unable to add second host in NLB cluster. 2 situation : When I connect these CAS/Hub servers in a separate NIC which is not teamed ,I’m able to configure

Teaming and virtualization and NLB and SAN? Not pretty. Personally, I would eliminate all of the teaming and use NLB where necessary and MPIO where appropriate. No need to team anything.
