We had to restore an Exchange 2003 server from backup. Everything worked swell and mailflow is working for everyone except for one user (The Boss/owner of course) where he could not recieve email on his Outlook client internal or external. I
backed up his mail box to a *.pst file, deleted his Exchange mailbox, re-created it, imported from the *.pst. This worked and he can recieve smtp email from external addresses but when users from within the organization try to send him an email
they get the NDR posted below. I made sure in house senders deleted the boss's email address from their autocomplete when they composed a new message and that did not work. Other users within the organization can email one another
with no problems. Thank you for any help.
