NDR From Exchange 2007
Hi All, Can anyone help me shed light on a problem im having? Whenever a users creates an email within the software we use (SQL based) it opens up an email with the users outlook and a pdf file attached, as soon as you click send you get the following error Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists: ***@***.comThe e-mail system had a problem processing this message. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. according to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/256321/ "5.6.0 Other or undefined media error" didn't like your attachment perhaps?

There is a know issue with certain types of attachments in the RTM version. Did you install SP1? This should fix a lot of issues. I've seen this happen with script files (SQLand Perl)as well. Cheers, Mark

We had a lot of issues with pdf attachments being flagged as spam by the content filter. check the agent logs on the receive connector.
