I have Exchange Server 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1 aka CU4) 15.0.847.32

My problem is that when we create a new message with OWA to a new email address my cursor move back the to TO: fields automatically after 1min.

I click New Message, i type the new email address (email address that i never sent email to before) in the TO: field then i click in the message body box to type my text, after 1min it will verify the email address i typed and my cursor will move back to the TO: field but if i type the address and i press TAB then it will verify the email now and then i can click the message body box and type my text and my cursor wont move back because it has already verified the email. Is there anyway to force OWA to verify the email as soon as the TO: field lost focus without pressing TAB? I tried that on WinXP and Win7, on IE11 and Chrome 37 and 40, same problem on everything

Its a common behavior. I always press TAB to verify the email address.

And I searched around, couldnt find a way to force OWA to verify the email address.
