Hi, I use mxtoolbox and query my SMTP and found out that it resolves to my exchange.domain.local which is incorrect. Can some one please help on what should I do now? Thanks

Hello myketch, Ok, as you told that when you are checking www.mxtoolbox.com for your domain, it was resolving to exchange.domain.local. Please check your MX record (eg.mail.domain.com) is created properly or not & also published on External DNS (ISP) servers. If MX record is not created properly then please contact your ISP.
