Hi thereJust wondering if anyone out there can help. I have changed ISPs and removed my old mail account from my computer. I have checked several times now to see if its there and it is gone. However, every time it does a send and receive (it regularly keeps checking email but I cant stop it as its not there to remove), it is checking the removed account. What is wrong with this? What have I done wrong? AND I have had a couple of my friends look at this and they are stumped too.Thank you in advance.Oh I am using outlook 2003 or would like too again

Hi, It sounds like you create new e-mail profile but not start with it. You may still start outlook 2003 with your old e-mail profile.
