my moms IP address is gone, she cant get onthe internet. And noone can help, how can your IP address just dissapear and how can you get it back?? If anyone can help me please do!! When you go to her networt connects it says she is connected but there is no IP address and she is not sending or recieving anything. I have tried to fix this but I dont not know what to do.
