Multiple mailbox's sent items not being stored in the sent items folder

I have multiple users who have 3 or 4 shared mail box's added to there Outlook as well as there personal one.

The issue is when they send on behalf of a shared mailbox the sent item goes into there personal mailbox.

I have tried the following steps

Linked and unlinked mailboxe's

Ensured they have full send as and full access to the shared mail box's

Added a registry key as advised on the Microsoft support site.

(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
"DelegateSentItemsStyle"=dword:1)

The key did not resosolve the issue but the mail is now stuck in my outbox but is being delivered.

Any ideas?

Hi,

What is your Outlook version? Outlook 2010? The "14.0" in the registry key represents Office 2010, for Outlook 2007 it is 12.0, Outlook 2013 = 15.0.

One more thing you should note is that this registry key only works when Outlook is in Cached Exchange Mode. In only mode, it won't work.

Please also make sure your Office is up-to-date, this DelegateSentItemsStyle registry value was not implemented in the RTM release version of Outlook 2010, and make sure your Office 2010(if this is what you have) has at least SP1 installed.
