Hi,Whether any error message come up in the event log?Did you confirm whether multiple queues indeed exist in there?ThanksAllen

THere were no messages in the event log, and this hasn't happened again that i am aware of. We have SCOM monitoring our system and we were alerted that the PRIMARYconnector was DOWN. that is the only error of any kind that was observed. we went to the SYstem Manager and forced the connection open, mail began to flow and the SCOM alert was resolved. that when we noticed the second queue.typically there is only one queue for each connector, and SMTP traffic flows without incident.R.
