I am using Microsoft Office 2013 Pro Plus.

When I use other office components everything works fine.

My problem is with MS word.

I open MS Word,Edit footer,design footer,design body,then I minimize MS Word for copying and till that time I get a message MS Word Stopped working.

Everytime I do this it stops working.

My Laptop specs-Intel I3 m350, Ram:2gb,Lenovo Ideapad Z560,.Windows 7 Professional SP1,Screen Resolution:1366 by 768

Hi,

Starting Office applications in Safe Mode helps to identify if an issue is caused by and add-in. Click Start > Run and type the following command:

Type winword /safe and press Enter to start Word 2013.

If the Office application doesnt start in Safe Mode, the problem isn't with any of your add-ins

If the Office application starts, disable the add-ins one at a time.

With the Office application still in Safe Mode, click File > Options > Add-Ins.

Next to the Manage list, click Go.

Uncheck one of the add-ins in the list and click OK.

Restart the application (not in Safe Mode this time). Then repeat this for the other add-ins
