Moving from one domain to another - Issue with cached credentials

We are in the process of moving from exchange 2003 to 2010.  On the front end, we use outlook 2010.  We are moving from authenticating to domain "A" to linking the mail account to domain "b".  Domain A has a trust to domain B.  We are trying to do this so that users no longer have to authenticate to domain A (laptop and then to domain B(mail).  When we do this and link the accounts, we still get prompted to authenticate to domain B for mail.  shutting off cached mode does not help.  We want to make this transparent to users and do not want to have to manually rebuild the profile for each one.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Based on my knowledge, we need to recreate the user's profile for each one. When Outlook tries to connect to the mailbox, it will look for the AD information in the Domain based on the configuration on the Exchange Server; when the mailbox is migrated, Outlook can't refresh the information automatically and we need to do it manually.
