None.

There is no path info recorded under user object.

Thanks for the information.

So does it mean that, even we change exchange DB and Log path on exchange server. It does not have any kind of impact on active directory as user resides in AD?

Hi Sudhir,

Thank you for your question.

In addition above suggestion, we could refer to the following link to move database path and log file:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124742(v=exchg.150).aspx

There are the following notification:

1. This cmdlet fails if it's run while the database is being backed up.
2. If the specified database is mounted when this cmdlet is run, the database is automatically dismounted and then remounted, and is unavailable to users while it's dismounted.
3. This cmdlet normally can be run on the affected Mailbox server only. An exception is that this cmdlet can be run on an administrator's workstation when using the ConfigurationOnly parameter with a value of $true.
4. This cmdlet can't be run against replicated mailbox databases. To move the path of a replicated database, you must first remove all replicated copies, and then you can perform the move operation. After the move operation is complete, you can add copies of the mailbox database.

Notice: although there are no effects on the AD user, we suggest move it out of production time.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
