Moving Public Folders
The company I work for has recently acquired another company. The acquired company has a 2003 Small Business server and we have a 2003 domain with Exchange 2k3. I need to be able to pull or copy the data from the SBS public folders and put that info on my Exchange server. How would I go about doing that? Thanks!

Not sure it will help but you could check out the PFDAVAdmin tool. You could set up a forest trust and then replicate and move all replca's to your other Exchange server.Hope this gives you a few ideas.BP

Even I am also not sure if PFDavAdmin helps you. You could give a try but...AFAIK, you can NOT create any forest trust or child domain in SBS environment.http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sbs/evaluation/topmyths.mspxSo you may need to move the SBS Exchange environment to normal Exchange 2003 environment first.http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Migrating-Small-Business-Server-2003-Exchange-Standard-Part1.htmlThen, you can use Inter-Org utility to migrate PFs from this new company to your company.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/238573/en-ushttp://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Configuring-InterOrg-Replication-Tool.htmlAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
