You can use NT to backup your databases. If you have a SAN, attach one and move the Exchange paths to that SAN.

Currently my Exchange 2003 database resides on Parition D with the following files (priv1.edb, priv1.sim, pub1.ed, pub1.stm, and IFS file). Also, on the same parition I have MSOCache folder. The log files are located on C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA The D Partition is running low on HD space with about 10 GB left. The D Parition is a RAID 5 with 3 Hard Drives. I would like to add 4th HD to increase the RAID size. What is the proper way to backup my databases and copy over again after I reconfigure the Raid to show 4th HD? I am not sure of the steps that I need to follow. Since my log files are on the C Drive under Program Files, can I just move the .edb and .stm files to a USB drive and then move back to new RAID without having to do anything with Log files?
