Monitoring Personal Use
A small challenge has landed on my lap. I've been asked to find a technical solution to a rather undefined, open ended problem.I need to find a wayto monitor my Exchange 2007mailboxes for personal and social use. Now, what the definition of personal / social has not beendecided or agreed. However, users are allowed to use e-mail for personal use but within reasonable limits. But those limits aren't defined either! Anyway, as you can imagine withdefined parameters like that I already have a challenge. What I need is a product that can monitor message flow (internal and external) and determine what type of message it might be (work / personal, etc). I need to meet the management challenge of "we want to know who is abusing their mailbox for personal use!", but without any real requirements being defined.Anyone got any ideas to start me off with?thanks in advance!

Hi,You may try toevaluate system Center Operation Managers which can monitor Exchange with Exchange Management Pack.Besides, if you are just a small business farm, then you can select to use System Center Essentials. Regards, Xiu
