Monitor all on 1 mailbox
Hi All I had an issue where I thought external mail was not being delivered. I found the mail was being delivered by disappearing with in 60 seconds whilst internal stays unread. I have enabled logging for login and access control but can't see any access when the email dissapears Can anyone advise Thanks Glenn

What Exchange are u using. Is it happening for all users or for a specific one?

Hi We are using exchange 2003 sp2. It is just 1 user the problem is with

Are the symptoms the same if they access the mailbox with OWA? It could be a mailbox rule, or a view problem. You can try starting Outlook with the /cleanviews and /cleanrules switches and see if that clears it up. Look at the items count in the folder, does it change when the mail disappears? Does the unread count change? Could eb the user has Outlook set to mark messages as read and their view set to unread messages only.
