According to my vendor he can see our webmailpage in the correct way. I askes a friend to open the page at his home, and he also get's the page: This site is running teamviewer.

Teamviewer is a remote control application that is installed with other things. It also installs its own web server. That is proably what you are seeing. If Teamviewer is installed on your server and has taken over the port, or the port forwading on the router isn't setup correctly, then you may not be seeing what you are expecting.
