Mobile Device Can't to Sync Email & Calendar : Exchange Server 2013

one account (My Boss) Can't to Sync Email & Calendar on Mobile Device (iPhone6 ,iOS8.3 new) , Calendar or Mail is try to sync for present but not work and it re -process again T T

Tested by add his account on another device - same problem. re-check account on AD ; Inherit Permission - not work

Can you check the application logs on your Exchange 2013 Client Access Server for this user active sync status.
