Perform the same on OWA, still the same problem?
If so, then I tend to think it's a thing on Exchange.
Or you can organize another in Outlook Safe Mode to see if it's add-ins related.

Hello,
I'm Thomas and administrating an Exchange 2010 SP3 RU7. We are encountering the same problem. When we are trying to make an appointment (out of an public folder calendar) with an attachment and more than user and one of the user is the creator we are facing the same issue. The subject line is gone at all recipients except for the creator. (All with Exchange in Online Mode)
If the creator is in Exchange Cache Mode or he doesn't update it's own calendar everything works fine. We have also tried it with the safe mode for Outlook 2010 Version 14.07.7153.5000 (32 bits) and had the same results.
In the outgoing folder we can see that there is no subject in the appointment.
Appreciate if you could help
Thomas
Hi Thomas,
Have you tried to send the meeting request from OWA? What is the result then?
