Hi,

I am experiencing some problems with Outlook/Word after using the magnifier with those programs open. Now a portion of the screen is permanently missing.

This issue has disappeared after renewing my subscription (or moving from 1 month free trial to 1 year subscription), no new install - only renewal.

Issue has reappeared, and it seems that if I am using the windows magnifier before I start i.e. Outlook, when exiting the magnifier while Outlook is running, Outlook does not revert to normal size. It looses the bottom of the screen, and the issue is permanent.

Anyone that can replicate?

I cannot reproduce it in my lab. In my view, the blank part is showing Outlook people pane, thus, please go to View and switch the People pane setting to check the result. Thanks.

I am running Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.1.  When I have the magnifier open and then open Outlook 2013, the search section above the email list is missing and shows through to the background.  The same with the header of the email preview window.  The only way to get them back is to close the magnifier and re-open it.

What is the fix?
