I am an Administrator in a School with a Win 2008R2 Server and Win7 Clients with Office 2010 installed.

The IT Teachers reported, that keystrokes are missed when they use Word.

I could witness the Problem, faster Key imputs resulted in missing 10%-30% of the Input.

There where no changes to the Keyboardsettings (reduce Keystroke speed) and everything worked fine in other Applications (e.g. Search Bar in Firefox).

Sadly the Pupil closed Word when she saved the Document. After the Restart of Word, everything was back to normal, so no missing Input.

We will soon have Exams in the PC-Rooms and these Errors could handicap the validity of the exams.

Can someone please help me, to find out whats wrong?

Try to change a input method, this is the most probably factor.
