Missing Images in Email
I have an unusal problem. I can see my images when in an email when I log into my OWA client Exchange 2007. When I use Outlook 2010 to download the email message from the server my images are gone. There isn't a Red X or click to download images question. Can someone please help.

What does this have to do anything? Why do my images disappear when I download them to Outlook 2010?

So that the configurations are done correctly? I've been into one of those issues before, that time it was a Cisco ASA box caused the issue if i remember it correctly Also, a thing that can be worth looking at is the IIS authentication and permissions on the virtual directory'sJonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog | Follow me on twitter: jonand82

Hi, Based on your description, you can see the image in OWA 2007 but Outlook 2010. I suspect there is something wrong in your Outlook. Please try the following steps and isolate the issue, Step1: File->Options->Trust Center->Trust Center Settings->uncheck "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items" How things going on? Could you see the image in the email? If no, please go step2. Step2: launch Outlook in safe mode, could you see the image? If no, please recreate the profile to check whether you can see the image. Step 1 doesn't work, step 2 didn't work. Why would outlook 2010 or outlook 2007 remove embedded images in an html email? was there any recent update that could have caused this?
