I subscribe to Office 365 and use Outlook to check my hotmail emails from my laptop. I also use my cell phone to check my emails when traveling.  On occasion, emails will not show up on my laptop outlook.  They appear on the phone app and I know I received the emails, however, the are not on my laptop Outlook.  I will refresh and and sync Outlook and it will show that all folders are up to date.  The most recent occurrence happen from this past Tuesday evening all the way to Thursday morning.  First, how can I get those emails delivered to my Laptop outlook and second, how can I prevent this from happening?
