Our web hosting company e-mails usan order confirmation whenever an order isplaced on our website. About once a day, one of these order confirmation e-mails is not received.Our web hosting company insists the e-mail was sent. They have even sent us thier mail log to prove it. However, our own mail log shows no trace of the e-mail. Our firewall log shows no SMTP communications with their mail server. And, message tracking using the message ID returns nothing.
