Dear Sir, 

         We recently finished installing Exchange 2013 and it has been working fine. However, we noticed that we cannot keep messages to both forwarding address and mailbox. We do not have the check box option in Delivery Options.

How do we fix or enable that the check box for Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox?

1.Please add your admin account on the RABC group called Recipient Management and then please check the options on  the EAC.

2.As an alternate method , you can make use of the exchange management shell to do the same process.

Set-Mailbox -Identity John -DeliverToMailboxAndForward $true -ForwardingSMTPAddress manuel@contoso.com

           Thanks your suggest. I have added Administartor account to Recipient Management group. 

But the check box for "Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox" also miss. 

Do you have other suggest? I did not perfect to use power shell.
