Hi You can do this with remote move requests - once it is configured correctly it is very similar to moving mailboxes locally and from 2010 to 2013 the move can be done without interrupting the user. Yes, remote moves are supported between different versions of Exchange. You need 2010 SP3 and 2013 CU1 for this but I see you have those already so it will work. Cheers, Steve
