I am considering migrating from PC to Mac at work, and the emails is one of the things that has been stopping me from doing this.

So how do i copy from Outlook to Entourage.
 
Folders, emails and Contacts?

To transfer data from outlook to entourage you can follow manual steps from here: http://www.office.mvps.org/import_export/pst.html

Well technically you are switching between the outlook pst files to mbox files that is supported by Entourage and mac mail. To convert pst files to mbox, you can search oon google to find the best results or try this link
