Migrating PST files to Outlook on Line - Outlook 2013 (Office 365)

I currently have rules that move / copy emails to .PST folders for archiving using my office computer hard drive to house the archived pst folders

I now have a laptop that can access outlook remotely and I would like to migrate these pst files to online storage

I have two questions:

1) is the capacity of online storage large enough - these PST files are very large (currently 7 files with a total of 49,978,146,816)

     some are "Project Files"

one is a file with all emails processed this year (sent / received)

2) currently I maintain a weekly "historical" archive in a zip file on a remote hard drive - is there a practical way to do this with "on-line" files.

The nature of the business that I operate relys on the archive process to make sure emails are not lost or accidentally deleted.

Thanks for your feed back

Re Q1: What kind of online storage are you using? The online storage capacity depends on the ISP. You should contact the support for the online storage to confirm this. Moreover, it's not recommend to put Outlook data file on a shared location. It will cause Outlook data file to be corrupted and many other unexpected problems.

Re Q2: I'm a little confused about this question. It seems not an Outlook related issue. If it's Outlook-related, please clarify the question so that we can resolve it more efficiently.

If I've misunderstood something, please feel free to let me know.
