Migrating Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 SCR with 2 servers
My startup organization just purchased 2 new IBM servers and we are preparing to migrate from a single server 2003 Enterprise Exchange environment (2 sites WAN/MPLS) to an Exchange 2007 SCR Enterprise edition with 2 servers. Are there any great resources for information on installing? I found a decent administrator's booklet for everything else but it does not cover installs. Also, is it better to deploy Server 2008 standard edition or Server 2003 64 Bit Standard with Exchange 2007, all of our Windows servers are 2003 R2, including our domain controllers, butI want to deploy 2008 standard with Exchange. Pros and cons of each.

Windows Server 2008 provides several benefits: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2008/03/05/448338.aspxThere are a lot of whitepaper, blogs, books available that describe SCR for example https://blogs.technet.com/scottschnoll/search.aspx?q=scr&p=1
