If you want to force the OAB to update rather than on the schedule then you run a command in EMS: get-offlineaddressbook | update-offlineaddressbook Then wait. Depending on how large your GAL is can vary the time it takes the OAB to generate. The clients will then have to manually download the OAB using the Send/Receive menu. That cannot be done centrally. Any help? Did you move the OAB generation server to Exchange 2010? Is public folder distribution enabled, and do you still have a public folder store? Check the application log on the machine and see what's been logged about that error. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Hi, 1. increase the diagnostics logging level for the OAB generation process using the Exchange Management Console 2. update the OAB and see if there is any error message in the application log event. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
