Migrate to new exchange 2010 from old exchange 2010
We installed exchange 2010 a few months ago and are having some issues. After discussing with MS Support we decided the best way to proceed would be a clean install. I am installing exchange 2010 on a new server. Is there any way to get all the settings for SSL/virtual directories/ moved over or do I have to re-configure the new exchange server? Thanks, SJMP

Per my knowledge, you should keep the change log of customizations on the exchange server, and apply the same on the new one manually TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. I agree with James As you already have 2010, you just need to to configure it the same on new server, there is not much about the SSL, just the certificates, About Virtual Directory they will be in place you have to make few changes in there, thats it. Trust me its very simple, again if you run into trouble you can always ask questions, We have James with US ;) he will help us all :) Cheers,Gulab | Skype: gulab.mallah
