I'm planing migrate from Mdaemon to Exchange but I get a problem with username and password in AD. I cant export it to CSV.

Therefore I need set a new user to authenticate for all mailbox like the guide below.

If you're migrating email from the IMAP implementation for Exchange, use the format Domain/Admin_UserName/User_UserName for the UserName attribute in the migration file. But I dont know how to do like that in Exchange 2013.

You're looking at documentation of a feature to migrate mail to Office 365 Exchange Online and assuming that it applies to Exchange 2013.  Sadly, I believe that your assumption is wrong.

Based on my knowledge, there is no official document to guide the migration  from an IMAP Server to Exchange Server 2013.

Using an IMAP endpoint only works if you are migrating to Office 365.

As a workaround, users can download their mailboxes into a PST and then upload it into their Exchange mailbox .
