which is the recommended method to migrate 'only' a few mailboxs from on premise Exchange 2013 to Office365?

Buenas,

quera saber si alguien me puede decir cual es el mtodo recomendado para mover solo algunos buzones de mi Exchange 2013 on premise a un Office 365.

La idea final es tener dos entornos totalmente independientes, por un lado el Office 365 con los buzones migrados y por otro el resto de mis buzones en el Exchange 2013 on premise.

Hello -

You will want to setup Directory Synchronization and some sort of password management (either ADFS or password sync) to O365 first.  Run through the O365 domain setup with the DNS records and then setup federation between Exchange 2013 and O365 using the Exchange 2013 federation wizard.  This will ultimately allow you to have a Hybrid configuration where you can move mailboxes between cloud and on-prem as you see fit.
