This can be achieved only with the third party migration tools.I would prefer MigrationWiz and the Exchange Web Services must be open to the Internet.

Take the PST that googleapps uses and then create a new profile with the exchange server setup as an imap connection (you will have to enable and start the imap service) and then drag your gmail folders into the imap connection to your exchange box.  Try and not do these all at once as it may fail, just do a folder at a time or there about.

Else follow these below steps let each user do it their self.

Configure Outlook 2013 for use with your previous e-mail account such as Gmail.

Add your new Exchange account to Outlook 2013 as an additional account

Right click on the desired folder and select Copy Folder.

Select the desired location and click OK.

Now the folder is in your Exchange account.

Now that your mail has been moved you can remove your previous e-mail account from Outlook.

Select the File menu. Select the Account Settings... option.

Select your previous e-mail account from the list and click the Remove button. Click the Close button to finish.

Hello

I dont think you can succes without third party tools.
if only 10-20 user have use outlook and copy but 1000...
if you vant to use only MS use office 365 and you can use imap to synch 365..
try third party tools and use that i think.

Hi Babu,

For your question and without third party tools, it can be achieved by using PST as Saleemsadique mentioned.

Otherwise, some third tools will more helpful for a large scale. For your reference: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/65671711-31ea-4461-939e-b88422d27871/gmail-to-exchange-migration?forum=exchangesvrdeploylegacy

However, you can use below link to migrate Google Apps mailboxes to Office 365:
