Hi,
We have recently change over from (mail service provider netcore pop local server to netcore cloud mail) We have configured all the mail from POP to Imap. Only when we change to pop to imap we are facing following issues:
1. Mail received to user (Form: filed ) is different but actually the mail sender is different. But when we check the same mail on cloud it is properly displayed.
2. Some time some of the mail not recived in outlook but could be seen in cloudmail web site. When we reconfigured user mail to same outlook mail received.
mail support staff says this is outlook problems not theirs. What is the real issue. Kindly help me out here.
