how can I install the Microsoft Exchange Instant Messaging in Exchange Server 2003 SP2 already operating?. Thank you.

In Exchange 2000, yes. Not in Exchange 2003 and beyond.

Office Communicator 2007 R2 is the latest, greatest corp level product from Microsoft.http://www.microsoft.com/communicationsserver/en/us/default.aspxThere is a trial edition you can download.
