Hello Rajbulsara

The 'out of memory on line 1' on outlook comes when you trying to download more messages/emails than what your system can handle.

Hi,

Please make sure your computer still has enough memory left when Outlook is opened, we can check the memory usage from the Task Manager. If you don't want to add more memory, please consider to increase the Windows Paging file size.

In addition, how many .pst files do you have in Outlook? If you have too many, such "Out of memory" error may occur:

Out of memory when opening a pst-file

Please Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

Two solutions are provided:

  • Decrease the amount of pst-files that you have open in Outlook
  • Decrease the memory cache-size per pst-file via the Registry

I hope the information is helpful.
