Microsoft office products returns to Turkish proofing (spell checking) even though i set to English because of my keyboard input

I want to prevent this from happening.

MY OS is windows 7 English
My installed Microsoft office 2013 and English

But my keyboard language is TR

Now i want my office documents to use English as a proofing

But whenever i type proofing auto set to TR

This is driving me crazy. How can i solve this freaking problem ?

Only solution i came up with so far is, change keyboard language to EN, open document and rechange language to TR

But i hate from this solution

According to your description, your proofing language changed based on your input language.

Open a Word or Outlook program, go to Review>Language>Setting Proofing language>Cancel the option "Detect the language automatically".
