I am using MS office 2013 and having prob with PPT files and Excel files when i open multiple (15-16) files in PPT or Excel that time my All Office file gating hang or not responding or Blank after close all file its work but cant save my updates in it.

Doing below steps for resole this issue.

1- Update all windows patch.

2- Update Office update.

3- Re install MS office.

4- Update Antivirus. OR Use system without antivirus.

After Done all step till gating same problem.

Based on your description of excel, could you tell me which version of office 2013 are you using? 32bit or 64bit? And did you get any error message when its hanging and no responding? If PPT and Excel were related?

It seems that you have tried several methods, even reinstall office but your issue still exists. Now please check the version of office 2013. If your file is large or contains a large amount of features, it is possible you are running low on available memory resources. If you work with extremely large data sets, the 64-bit version of Office may perform better for you. 32-bit office you run are limited to making use of only 2GB of RAM.

If you get any error messages please post the whole messages here.

If you didnt get any error messages, I suggest you can collect the event log when the issue show up and provide us with the whole messages of event log.

Steps of collecting event log:

Open Event Viewer to check whether there's any error about the Excel/Word crash issue.

Press Win + R, type "eventvwr" in the blank box, press Enter. In the Event Viewer, browse to Windows Logs -> Application, there may be some errors after the crash.
