Sounds like the Exchange Server or database is offline/not mounted. When you say you tries rebooting, are you speaking of your workstation with Outlook on it or the Exchange Server?Troy Werelius www.Lucid8.com

From the workstation, can you ping the Exchange server?

Hello, It seems that OAB is not build properly. Please run ExBPA. And also check you can access internet and exchange server , if you are using outlook anywhere. Thanks.

Hi, Can you describe the detail version of Outlook and Exchange server? Does the issue occur on certain mailbox user or each user? If the server is Exchange 2003 and the client machine is installed Outlook 2007, I suggest you refer to the following article to troubleshoot the issue. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939321 Regards, NovakPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
