HiI am running a microsoft exchange server 2003. I have a back up tape whic, from logging into the server appears to be working correctly. However, I am getting the error message below and I think it is saying that the back-up tape is then not transferring to the hard disc correctly.Does anyone know what this problem is and how i can rectify it at all please?Thx in advanceKay ERROR 32 (0x00000020) Copying File K:\Daily\Backup Files\Small Business Server Backup (01).bkf The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Do you have any file level antivirus running on the server? If so, make sure proper exclusion is set for Exchange.
