Users are experiencing a delay in receiving and sending mail. Whenusers outlook is either on their display, or just idle, a message appears on there toolbar "Requesting data from microsoft exchange", TheirPC's are lockforas look a three minutes, messages are loaded and the user then retains control of pc. Any suggestions to assist with this problem is appreciated. Thank you
