Microsoft Word 2013 Bullet Dropdown List Crash

I am using Microsoft Word 2013, and when I choose the drop down list for the bullet, numbering and multilevel list, an error will occur and crash the whole Microsoft Word 2013. Does anyone have a solution to this?
