Microsoft Outlook issue

Hi,

I am use Microsoft outlook.

My email shows sent but does not get delivered to recipients. Incoming emails are working fine.

Please provide the solution

Hi,

First of all, what type of email account are you using in Outlook? POP3, IMAP, or it is an Exchange Account?

We also need to confirm whether the issue occurs to all recipients or just some recipients.

If it occurs to all recipients, it's definitely on the senders side. If it only occurs to some particular recipients, we can then narrow down this to the recipients side, and it's basically not an issue with your Outlook.

I suggest you let the recipient check if they have blocked emails from you or your domain, if you are blacklisted by them they will not receive the email.

Or have you received any non-delivery message?
