Have you forced IE7 to refresh the whole page (F5 key) after refreshing the folder on the left pane I have found lately that the right pane does not refresh unless you hit F5. I suspect a bug in IE7 / Exchange OWA

Is IE7 allowed to run script on the OWA website?

You might also want to try using the basic option on the log in page for OWA. Exchange SP2 might also help. Slightly off the point. I have noticed that on Vista PC's OWA only works with the basic interface which I have found will stay the case for now as it requires Exchange SP2 to "fix" and with 3 exchange servers two of which are active passive clusters its not a small job to install!

I am seeing these same issues with several of my users using OWA from home. There are some users that are using IE6 and IE7 and all of them so far are using XP.The problem they are having is the same where you can see all of your folders on the left side, but you cannot see anything on the right side as it keeps loading. Using OWA basic works though.I am running Exchange 2003 with SP2 on all of our exchange servers. Now I assume that it has to do with IE, maybe a patch that is sent out or an update in something or other software that is used by OWA. Every computer that is on our network works fine with OWA in premium mode, but we do control what updates get pushed out to our computers. If anyone has some knowledge of this it would help. I am going to keep looking myself and if I find anything I will post back in this thread.

Can't help you I am afraid. We only had the symptom on Vista PC's and since we have installed Exchange SP2 on all servers the problem has been resolved for us when using premium rather than basic mode. Given we never had this problem with XP machines running either IE6 or IE7 I would guess that the problems with premium, given they only happen from externally (i.e. internal PC's can get premium or basic working) may be a port / firewall issue with your hadware/software blocking a required protocol. I would do some research on Ports used by OWA in Basic and Premium and check they are all forwarded correctly to yout Front End Exchange Server. Good luck.

^^^Well the first link is closer to the problem, but not exactly. I am going to do some more research and post what I find. There has to be an answer out there somewhere.
