Microsoft Outlook Exchange 2003
I need to back up emails on my Microsoft outolook exchange client. I have not been able to find a way to archive old emailinany of the help documents associated with the product. The most validsuggestion - this was the only way - open the email, copy the text of the email and paste into a Word document). I need instructions in how to archive my old email so that these archived emails will not "count against" my email box size. If this is not possible, then I would like to know how to "batch send" these old emails to another email accounmt to archive. Please help. There has to be a better way than copying and pasting each individual email to a word document . Thanks for your assistance.

Hi, You can use Outlook Auto-archive feature to backup emails. Description of the AutoArchive feature in Outlook 2007 and in Outlook 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/830119/en-us Mike
