I'm having a trouble recalling my message that was sent and had a mistakes,  I always get message recall failure, unable to recall. but I'm receiving message recall from our client like for example client wants to recall the "title", and if I try to recall message that was sent to my client I always get a message message recall failure... whats wrong with my outlook 2013...

It's not possible to recall emails sync clients like Active-Sync, Blackberry etc. Check a recall email sent to a mailbox which is using only outlook based clients

no what I meant for the client is a "customer", like a company, like a person....

Yes. Can you check if the clients like Active-Sync/Blackberry is working/not-working for message recall requests? How is the behavior for a user who is only using outlook?

According to your failures, I would like to explain the below information:

• Message Recall will not be successful if:

1. The recipient is not using Outlook.
2. The recipient is not logged on to the mail service provider.
3. The message has been moved from the Inbox.
4. The message has been read. This includes viewing the message with the Preview Pane so that the message is flagged as Read.

• Recall can only work for:

1. The recipient uses Outlook, and Outlook is running.
2. The recipient's mailbox must be open for the recall to succeed.
3. The message must still be unread and in the recipient's Inbox.

• There are a number of circumstances in which message recall doesn't work. Here are some reasons why it might not work:

1. If an Outlook recipient opens the message before opening the recall request, the recall will fail.
2. You can only attempt to recall a message you sent if you're using Outlook.
3. Recipients who aren't using Outlook will get the recall request messages, but they have no way to do a recall.
4. Outlook users who have the preview pane turned on may still be able to read the recalled message, even if they haven't opened it.
