Hi,

Did you meet the system requirements anyway?

Are you using Exchange  2013 mailbox?

Hi

As per the information and details provided by you, to solve this problem, please follow these steps: -

  1. In Outlook, click File > Manage Apps.

For Outlook Web App, sign in if you are prompted to, and then click Settings > Manage Apps.

Notes: - If you do not see the Manage Apps button, you wont be able to get apps for Outlook.

To get them, you will need Office 2013 and Exchange 2013, and your administrator needs to enable apps for Outlook.

  1. Click Find more apps for Outlook in the Office Store.
  2. On the Apps for Outlook page, click the app you want, and then click Add to download it.

Start an app for Outlook

  1. Open an email message where your app is active.

For example, when you open an email message that has a street address, the Bing Maps app automatically appears in a gray bar near the top of the message.

  1. Click the app name in the bar below the message header to open it.

I hope this information will be helpful for you.

Thanks and regards

Hi

As per the information and details provided by you, to enable the apps in Exchange server 2013, please follow these steps: -

This section provides detailed steps for configuring Office Web Apps Server integration with Exchange Server 2013 for on-premise customers. This procedure does not apply online customers because the functionality is already enabled in Exchange Online.

  1. Use the Shell to configure the Office Web Apps Server URL

Use the Set-OrganizationConfig cmdlet to configure the URL.

  1. Use the Shell to enable or disable  Office Web Apps Server rendering

You can enable rendering of attachments using Office Web Apps Server for both public and private computers. Use the Set-OwaVirtualDirectory cmdlet for both options.

This example, enables OWA Server rendering on the default OWA virtual directory on server Server 01 for user who logged on to Outlook Web Apps using the Private option:

Set-OwaVirtualDirectory "Server01\owa (Default Web Site)" -WacViewingOnPrivateComputersEnabled $true

I hope this information will be helpful for you.

Thanks and regards

Hi Dominik,

File menu -> click on manage apps... but nothing happens.

Logged into office store with same login as the microsoft account in my outlook 2013.

I run the exchange server and I have been granted admin priveledges.

Just seems that the button plainly doesn't work or something disabled it!
