Microsoft Outlook 2013/ Manage APPS not working

could please help me i can not access the outlook 2013 manage apps ...

Make sure you have met the system requirements, or you can't install, manage, and consume Contextual apps:

Exchange  2013 mailbox (for apps for Outlook)
Web server
Outlook 2013 client
Windows 7 or later (on the Office client)
Internet Explorer 9 or other supported browser, such as:

  • Mozilla Firefox 12
  • Apple Safari 5
  • Google Chrome 18

Internet connectivity (for apps installed from the Office Store)
