Microsoft Outlook 2010 for windows 7 32 bit
Ok so recently at work we switched internet service providers. This means that I had to change the static ip address, the subnet mask, the gateway ip address and the dns servers for my router. Once I did that I could no longer connect to microsoft exchange. I created a whole new mail profile at my house and I connected to Exchange just fine but when i returned to work today I could not connect. I keep receiving error 0x8004011D. The microsoft exchange server is used by my company to access our database by first establishing a vpn connection. I can connect to VPN fine and I even created a new VPN to see if that would fix it and it didn't. I have a colleague using the same router as me and she connects to microsoft exchange just fine. How can I fix this?

Based on my experience, this kind of issue can be caused by incorrect DNS configuration of the VPN. Since it is impossible to trace network status over VPN connection, I'd suggest you contact your VPN admin or service provider and double check the related settings. Your understanding would be appreciated. From Exchange server side, I'd suggest you logon the mailbox account in question via OWA to make sure it is still working. Hope it is helpful.
